Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You must initiate the return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product offerings and menu categories, the following items are non-returnable:
- Books: Due to copyright and usage restrictions, all books are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Engraved Items: Customized or engraved products (e.g., knives with personalized engravings) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Returns & Exchanges Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange. Use the template below to ensure all necessary information is included.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your item.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship it to the address provided in the instructions.
- Wait for Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Refund Timeline & Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow the following timeframes for your refund to be processed:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days after processing.
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing.
